Built around local taste

Founded by Sofie Jensen, Greve Explorer was built around a simple idea: local food is one of the best ways to understand a place.

Since 2018, we have focused on guided tasting walks that feel connected to the neighbourhood rather than randomly assembled. Each route is shaped around local context, practical pacing, and the character of the area we are exploring.

Our private culinary route and small-group formats are designed to leave room for conversation, questions, and time at the stops that matter most. When helpful, we also share local recommendations after the tour so guests can continue exploring on their own.
